We helped Treasure Cloud to conduct usability testing, product validation, developed the go-to-market strategy and created an animated explainer video.

Treasure is a secure cloud storage platform that lets you bring together all cloud accounts in one streamlined interface for easy access and sharing.

We worked closely with the Treasure management and tech team to ensure a successful product launch and platform growth. 

With this objective in mind, we initially conducted usability testing sessions to validate the product and get first hand user feedback. We then further optimised the platform and the user experience based on the learnings from the testing sessions. In a next step, we quickly tested different communication angles and value proposition via social media ads. Objective of this exercise was to identify the value proposition(s) that resonate best with our target audience. 

An animated explainer video was created to better explain the proposition to the initial target audience, easily calling out the benefits of using the platform.

 

From there, we launched the product through social media channels, partnerships, content and a referral program. The results by far exceeded our expectations and we were able to acquire 70,000 users within the first 7 months.
