Our contribution to Centuro

What We Did

CGs vision was to create an online platform to provide businesses with the tools to fast track their international expansion, providing market insights, country “blue prints” and a network of trusted global advisors.

EC worked with CG to define the first version of their platform, a minimum viable product, that captured the unique value of the platform whilst setting aside the “bells and whistles’ features for future iterations

This allowed CG to go to market quickly and cost efficiently with a platform that would validate the business assumptions before investing in further development.

EC scoped, designed and built their web-base platform, optimised for mobile  and supporting 3 user types – corporates, experts and back office. The solution enabled CG to create country blueprints ‘on-platform’ and provide market intel to corporates whilst also offering a network of trusted experts across the global to support the corporates on their expansion journey.

The platform was launched in 2019.
