IHH Healthcare  is Southeast Asia’s largest private healthcare provider, and one of the largest in Asia. 

They engaged Elemental Academy to conceptualise and develop customised e-learning content to support their annual innovation challenge and guide participants along the innovation journey.

We developed a series of 18 digital training modules, taking learners through the entire innovation process, all the way from ideation to product launch. 

To further support participants and increase the likelihood of successful product launches, each team had access to one mentorship session during the first phase of the programme to receive guidance and ensure high quality submissions. 

During the second phase of the programme, the shortlisted teams received weekly mentorship sessions to take their ideas to the next level and learn how to create and deliver a strong business pitch.
