What We Did

Our client provides end customers with a web-based application (Mobile and Browser) to control their heating systems via an app and access statistics on the systems performance. It also feeds into a centralised database allowing our client to gather overall system performance and identify issues.

The system is currently supporting over 1.2M devices worldwide.

Audit of the legacy application before a managed transition to the EC Support and Maintenance Services team.

EC are now providing ongoing infrastructure and Application support to a tight SLA, plus the development of essential new features of the core product to ensure Business As Usual operations.
