Product Discovery workshops are a step-by-step process to quickly understand whether a technology solution to a problem should be built and if so, for whom and how. Their goal is to nail down the project scope and objectives, but also to set expectations for all sides involved.

Preparation is key when it comes to getting the most out of a product discovery session.

Ahead of a workshop, we undertake extensive research, from a competitor and market analysis to a full understanding of your business model, to ensure we have an impactful session.

You might be sent homework to complete ahead of the session, but don’t worry, we won’t be grading it…

The product discovery process

A product discovery session will identify and understand the problem or opportunity that your product aims to address, ensuring goals and outcomes are clearly defined. We’ll explore your target audience and their needs, behaviours and pain-points, as well as the technical feasibility and potential challenges involved in bringing the product to life.

The plan of action

Our product discovery sessions end with a comprehensive report, outlining the session’s findings, from summaries to personas, ending with our recommended steps forward for the client.
